Cancellation Policy

- Full payment or a booking deposit may be required to secure your session. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment will qualify for either: a full refund, or a session credit valid for 30 days. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. - No-shows or missed appointments will result in 100% of the session fee being forfeited. - Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank. - If Stretched by Mich needs to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will have the option of a full refund or session credit. - Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for following appointments. - Clients are encouraged to communicate any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, or physical concerns before their session. - Stretch therapy is intended to support mobility, flexibility, relaxation, and recovery, and is not a substitute for medical treatment or physiotherapy.
